Anyone in the UK, aged 16+, who’s struggling with their mental health — whether you’ve got a diagnosis or you’re just feeling stuck, stressed, or overwhelmed.

How much does it cost?

Many of our patients qualify for FREE services, those that don't can join our support groups, & Group therapy, & may be able to access to our team on a 1-2-1 basis if we have spaces.

What if I need emergency help?

Monster Therapy is for support, coaching, and therapy — not emergency care. If you're in immediate danger, please call 999 or contact a crisis service like Samaritans (116 123).

Nope. If you’re struggling, that’s enough. You don’t need a piece of paper to deserve help.
