(Spoiler: Feeling crap is enough reason.)

Let’s get this straight:You don’t need a doctor’s note, a fancy label, or a 400-page psychology textbook thrown at your head to qualify for mental health support.
Feeling like sh*t?Struggling to get through the day?Thinking "something's not right" but not sure what it is?That’s enough.
Mental health isn't a VIP club where you need a diagnosis to get past the bouncer. If you’re hurting, confused, exhausted, anxious, numb — whatever it looks like for you — you deserve help. Full stop.
Diagnosis can be helpful, sure. It can explain things. It can open doors. But not having a label doesn’t make your feelings any less real, or your struggles any less valid.
At Monster Therapy, we don't care what your paperwork says — or if you even have any. If you’re battling monsters, we’re here to back you up.
Need help? You don’t need permission. Just fill out the form !!!
